The bed in the units was very comfortable. the location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice. - We were able to walk everywhere, and the hotel is situated in a beautiful rural area. - Additionally, there is a performing arts theater just 2 miles away from the hotel.

Would absolutely stay here again, no reason to complain, really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has large and new-fashioned rooms with comfortable bed, nice lighting. The staff is helpful, makes sure that the place is fairly clean. It is in unbeatable location to Clark Art Museum, set just next door to the property. The area is very charming adjacent to Mass MOcA.

The view of the mountains from the hotel is breathtaking, and the room itself was cozy and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. the breakfast spread offered plenty of hot options and was always well-stocked.

There were some issues with cleanliness - our shower door needed a good scrub, and towels weren't readily available upon arrival. for the price we paid, we expected a bit more luxury - an extra comfortable chair to sit on in the room would have been nice.

The breakfast choices at Fairfield Inn were fresh and replenished regularly. The staff at the reception desk were courteous and helpful.

The scenery around the hotel is fabulous, with the stunning mountains visible from the location. The breakfast offers various options, ensuring everyone's appetite is satiated. The check-in process is smooth and the room and bathroom size is adequate, with a fridge available.

Staff behavior leaves a little to be desired, and there was an issue expressing an opinion during the check-in process.

The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the reception staff was friendly and helpful during our city break.

We also had a long dispute with the property about being charged for the third night of our reservation. the soundproofing of the rooms was not up to the mark, so if you're a light sleeper, you may want to request a quiet room on the top floor or the end of the corridor.

I loved the location of this hotel, as I could easily explore the city without needing a car. The staff were also exceptional, especially the valet team. The reception desk staff were courteous and helpful too. Additionally, the room and facilities were clean and well-maintained.
